Detectives In The Dock welcomes the lovely Ruth Galloway from Elly Griffiths'best selling series about the well-loved archaeologist.
Ruth was born in South London in 1968. Her parents are
evangelical Christians but Ruth stopped believing in her teens. She studied
archaeology at University College, London, and, as a postgraduate student, was
involved in excavating victims of the Bosnian war. She was also part of the
team that discovered a bronze age henge on the North Norfolk coast. She fell in
love with the place and still lives on the edge of the marshland. She works as
a lecturer in forensic archaeology at the University of North Norfolk.
